rules
» please keep in-character and out-of-character separate. if there are any issues, please feel free to PM the moderator journal.
» updates must be done every four weeks, with the allowance of one one-week placeholder. friends lists must be up to date by the time removals are done every week; if not done at that time, you are subject for removal. AIM is not required at this time, though definitely suggested.
» sub-communities are allowed and welcomed. if you would like the sub-community to be available for the whole group, feel free to PM this journal and we will consider listing it as official.
applying
» username must have some form of your character's name in it. no extra words, numbers, excessive underscores, etc. you are subject to denial if your username has any of the above. AIM screennames may have extra words, but no extra "decorations" (i.e. numbers or x's)
» please link the disclaimer, found here, in your userinfo. you must also have a public "friends-only" post with the mod journal linked. if you have questions on how to do this, feel free to PM this journal.
» please have both first and third person examples. you must include a first person example of the specific role you are applying for--we suggest using a first entry, but any will do. if you do not have a first entry, you must post one within three weeks of being accepted or risk being removed.
» if your application is denied, we will comment you to let you know and then it will be deleted. if you wish to know why you were denied, please PM this journal and we will be happy to explain the reasons and give any suggestions for improvement. we believe in the power of feedback, so you have a better chance of being accepted if you apply a second time after implementing the feedback we give you.
» once accepted, please make sure to post an introduction to the main community. if it is not posted after one week, you will be removed.
